We offer three in-depth courses, one survey course, and two specialty courses to help develop mental fitness across all areas of your life.
These 6-month courses (survey course is 12-months) include weekly lessons, ongoing support, and regular live interaction with your instructor.

This 6-month courses dives right into the heart of the matter: how we experience and react to our emotions. There are many aspects of emotional regulation including our biology, prevailing beliefs, past experiences, habitual mental states, and more. This survey course is designed to provide a broad overview of basic mental fitness components, hitting the highlights of each as a solid introduction to the material.
